We want you to love your Panic! At The Disco gear, but if you're not satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that limited edition tour merchandise and digital media are final sale.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Merch

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the apparel is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
